How To Create an Identity using Outlook Express:
1. Open Outlook Express.
2. Click on File
3. Click on Identities
4. Click on Add New Identities.
5. In the Identity textbox, enter user name
6. Click OK Note: You have the option of creating a password for the identity.
If forgotten, technical support will not be able to assist you.
You will be asked if you would like to switch to that identity now? 7. Click Yes
This will shutdown Outlook Express
Once Outlook Express is reopened, you are able to enter in email information just as you did the first email account.
How to switch identities using Outlook Express :
Once the identity is added-you can switch identities by:
1. Click on File
2. Click on Switch Identity
3. Select the identity you would like to switch to.
4. Click OK. Once again, this will shutdown Outlook Express and reopen to the selected identity.
